Rebecca Bowman has over 12 years experience in Dallas Real Estate. She carries her Bachelors Degree, Real Estate License, and completed two CCIM courses. Rebecca’s Asset Management specialties are in lease negotiations, tenant communications, optimizing property performance, construction development and revenue/expense management.

Construction was completed in 2012 and since then leasing has been successful with national brand tenants now at the center such as Dominos pizza, Urgent Care, and Mathnasium. get the best experience possible. Commercial, and Rentals
CMI COMP, INC. acquired Greengate South office building located at 12959 Jupiter Rd., Dallas, TX and established the building as their new headquarters. The 30,000 square foot building has a prime location off LBJ Freeway, the main highway that links cities east-to-west across North Dallas.
Tenants include attorneys, accountants, travel agencies, counselors and medical services.
Significant renovations and upgrades have been made to Greengate over the past 2 years to increase the property value.
